The fans would all spin fine though and continue on until I hard shut off. The keyboard would not light up either, only the mouse. But as of this morning, turning it back on not only does that, it also sometimes causes it to shut off and reboot to the same problem by itself.

It took me 3-4 tries to get that issue fixed on an older Optiplex gx280. In some cases MALWARE CAN CAUSE N.
